Britanni was great in helping me to get my house on the market and sold! She was available to answer questions and assist with all the hiccups that came up. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

This is a tough review to write simply because there’s so much I want to say but don’t want to write. Let me begin by stating that what began as a professional relationship between a buyer and a realtor, transformed and she quickly became an endearing trusted family friend. Britanni Gaucher is an amazing, profound, true professional that always made me and my family feel like the most important and only clients she had. She was always available and infinitely knowledgeable in every aspect of the business. And as first time home buyer’s, we needed it. Randomly contacting her was the biggest stroke of luck we could of had. She was the shining star in this entire process that is extremely overwhelming and sometimes frustrating. I sincerely don’t know if we would have been able to get thru this without her. She went above and beyond with everything, big or small. If we’re looking to buy another home in 50 years, I only pray she hasn’t retired yet. I simply can not thank her enough.

As a growing family in a highly competitive market finding the right realtor was no easy task. Britanni took all of our concerns to heart and stuck around for the long process; I was pregnant during our house hunting & have a one year old son, Britanni understood it all! My husband and I were constantly in contact with Britanni, we changed plans, changed budgets, changed where we wanted to look & Britanni kept calm, cool & collected. She constantly sent us Emails & texts and communicated extremely well, and never quit on us, even when we felt defeated by the market. Britanni is more than our realtor, she’s become a life long friend. Britanni is genuinely a kind person & we’d recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

I have casually house shopped in the region for years. Britanni has unfailingly found great leads and shown me houses out of her way. I haven't bought yet, but when I do it will be through Brit because she is patient, attentive and thoughtful.
